Understanding MP3 Files

What is a MP3 file?
An MP3 file is a just like a track of an audio cd - it is a sound recording in a computer file. It keeps the high fidelity quality sound (of an audio cd) and compresses it (saving up to 10 times the file size). Consequently, you can have approximately 10 audio cd's saved on 1 data cd (if stored in the MP3 file format). A computer can read the MP3 files off of a data cd (a data DVD, an iPod or a memory stick) and play it just like a track of an audio cd.

How Are the Files Delivered?
Once you buy an available teaching in the MP3 file format, an email containing a download link(s) will be sent to you. Just click on the link, enter your username and password (provided in the e-mail) and your download will begin automatically.

How Do I Listen MP3 files?
The most common method of listening to MP3 files is via iTunes, Microsoft Windows Media Player or Real Player.

Can I Listen to MP3s on my iPod?
